Have a balanced diet
As we know protein is important for our body but you must also get essential amount of carbohydrate, vitamins and minerals. Eat three times in a day. You should take required amount of protein, one-fourth amount of carbohydrates in the form of grain bread, one-eighth amount of fruits and for vitamins and fibers you should eat vegetables.
Formulate a complete body workout without going to the Gym
- You should run for fifteen minutes and increase the time in increment of every 5 time. By the end of the month, you should be able to run for thirty minutes without getting tired. Running is also help in running without gym. Firstly start with a slow jog and then increase your time. Step your run with uniform steps to prevent early tiredness and increased stamina. Pushups, crunches, lunges, and triceps dips also helps in maintaining.
